As Copy Manager at Alex and Alexa, a global style destination for designer children's wear, I oversaw all product copy onsite, managing a team of writers and up to 300 products a day during busy periods. I fact-checked and edited descriptions for precision and tone of voice, while ensuring SEO best practice guidelines were correctly followed. I simultaneously supported the marketing team with creation of digital assets including launch comms (web, social, emails) for new brands and collections. In particular, I worked closely with the Campaign Manager, planning the content calendar and concepting and creating emails.
